I get to write a second review because I bought a second system.Capabilities are amazing and complex. Most of the most common operations become immediately routine, even though not totally intuitive.All the typical reasons to fear support are present: Support from China, imperfect English, offset hours, incomplete documentation. But never fear.I have received great support for alternative setup, reconfiguration, extended range and one problem. Capabilities are awesome, like configuring motion-triggered recording by selecting areas within a detailed, on screen matrix.In my last e-mail to FirsTrend, I wrote, �Thanks for your positive attitude and willingness to help. You are great.If you are impatient and looking for an idiot-proof system, you might forego this one. Too bad.
