I own two Samsung Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S4 phone And the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. Although both of the cables are still in great condition, I wanted another one. I really like the build quality of the Samsung cables, so I specifically searched for an OEM cable to try And see if I could get the exact brand. So this product shows up via Amazon's search but I notice it's lumped up with a TON of other seller's offerings too. From past purchase experiences, I always ALWAYS try to buy from Amazon.com as the seller unless I'm 100% sure of what I'm getting. I've been burned too many times buying from a 3rd party seller, only to NOT get what I ordered, but a cheap knock off.And because of that, I have to repeat my common tip of the day when buying on Amazon.com. Unless you're absolutely SURE of the seller you're ordering from And the product they are offering, you should try And buy directly from Amazon as a seller to take advantage of Amazon's return policies And customer service. So back to the product I want everyone to know that the item I received is NOTHING like the item that is pictured (it's a GOOD thing). The item pictured shows a cable that looks similar, but has just a simple zip tie around it. If anything screams ""CHEAP And GENERIC"", it's that picture. Upon receiving the item, I can confirm that it is exactly like that of the Galaxy Tab 4 And the S4 except it is considerably longer (probably double the length). I assume because part number ""ECB-DU4EWE"" belongs to a different Samsung device. But in regards to packaging And cable quality, it comes with an official ""Samsung labeling sticker"" on the actual cable. Not a freaking zip tie. So this is legit folks, truly legit when purchased from Amazon.com as a seller.Truly pleased with this item, but a little sad that it's lumped with a bunch of international generic sellers.
