This is a beautiful television. The picture and sound quality are both superb, making it a great value for the price. I have two big gripes however that prevent me from giving it a 5-star review.First, Samsung's smart TV remote is a minimalist nightmare. It has a total of about 5 buttons, some with symbols that make no sense on a TV remote, others with no symbols, nor words, at all. Not only did I have to teach myself how to use this thing, but I also had to teach my 75yo mother how to use it too. (That was not a fun day.) Then there's Samsung's smart TV interface, a huge complicated thing that takes up 2/3 of the screen, forces the TV show you're watching into a thumbnail-size box, and could be a lot simpler to navigate. There's just too much going on all on one screen, and since there are no shortcuts when you have a 5-button remote, you constantly have to scroll up and down, back and forth to get to where you want to go. Would it kill them to have a few more buttons on the remote and a little less onscreen interface?
