I like having the Extra Batteries and Charger I purchased.However, I replaced the Arlo Batteries in my Units (2). About 3 or 4 days following that, I received an email from Arlo stating my Battery was at 15%. So, I hanged them again. Sadly, one of the Batteries I purchased has malfunctioned (flashing yellow light on charger). I'm sure this is a very rare occurrence. Trying to get though the maze for replacement. And, what a Maze it is!Otherwise GREAT product.
