I've had my Samsung stainless steel over the range microwave for just over a year (just outside of warranty, naturally) and woke up in the middle of the night to beeping coming from the unit, along with the notorious -SE- code on the LCD. I power cycled the unit and after powering on, the unit would beep with -SE- again. Instead of paying too much money for an appliance repair man to come out to diagnose and repair the issue, I said the heck with it and disassembled the unit since it was broken anyways. After realizing how easy this unit is to work on, I found a fiche online with an exploded view of components. I found this part, at the right price (here at Amazon) and ordered it. Best $40 I ever spent. Got it quickly, installed it and works like a champ. Only gripe is the unit comes in black and you have to be very careful in heating the stainless trim piece off of the old unit and apply new adhesive to the new one.
