I have received two batteries from American Cellular. The first only lasted a couple of days of minimal use before needing to be recharged. I mailed it back through Amazon's system (at my expense) and asked for a refund. The refund of the purchase price came quickly, and I also received a call from a Customer Service Rep from American Cellular asking about my experience. When I described my experience, she volunteered to refund my shipping expense and send me a new battery at no cost. She also mentioned that if I had contacted them directly when the problem surfaced, they'd have pre-paid the return shipping costs.I received the shipping expense refund quickly and the (second) new battery shortly afterwards, and am so far very pleased with the new battery. Although it was not received in fully charged condition, after the first full charge, it has lasted a week (during which I used the phone for about 30 minutes) and it still shows a full charge. So far, very good!
