Let me start by saying that I realize complaining about an iPhone case that costs less than $2 is pretty absurd, but I hope to help manage the expectations for any future buyers. It's actually kind of refreshing to see a company sell an iPhone case for what it's actually worth. As someone who has bought a ton of iPhone cases over the years, it's frustrating to pay $20-$30 on a case you know was manufactured for a few cents. So it's actually pretty remarkable how nice this case is for such a low cost. I love the AmazonBasics line and buy these products all the time. The case appears to be pretty durable and I like the grips on the side. I don't drop my phone a lot, so having a lot of protection isn't an issue for me. I'm confident it will hold up to the occasional fall. The thing that really comes as a surprise is the size of the charging ports. I have a lot of lightening cables around the house, both from Apple and from AmazonBasics, and I'm sad to say that none of them fit perfectly. The height of the port is just a little too small and it causes the cable to push up on the rubber underneath the screen. You have to force it to make sure the cable is secure. I'm concerned that over time that small portion of the rubber is going to be weakened by repeatedly being pinched. Once again, replacing the case will not be to costly, so it almost seems silly complaining about that issue. I just wanted to document it in case that might be an issue for other sellers. All in all it's a pretty great case and I'm sure it won't be my last.
