I picked up this camera as an upgrade from my nearly 10 year old 5D Mark II for my primary camera. I'll try to keep it short and sweetPros:-The flip screen is a revelation for anyone shooting at an odd angle. I've found it useful for shooting landscapes, crowds of people, ecommerce, live concerts, and candids (shooting from the hip)-I know this isn't unique to this model, but the image processing software from the 5D mk II to the 6D mk II is incredible. Alot has been made of the low light performance of this camera at high ISOs, but again, if you have a 4 or 5 year old camera, the 6D mk II will be a huge improvement.-This camera is significantly lighter and smaller than the 5D series. If you've shot with a 5D, 7D, or a 10D-60D, the 6D mk II's weight reduction is welcomed.-Built in timelapse mode is very convenient. Nikon has had this for a while, but I'm glad Canon finally got onboard with this.Cons:-Had to switch over to SD cards. No dual CF-SD card slots available.-Ergonomics are a little cramped when compared to other models.-No headphone input-No 4k support-White balance button has disappeared. To change WB, you have to go into the menu.
