i have had this phone for over two years and it still has no issues. i have dropped it down concrete stairs, off of a moving bike, and in a river. I forget its in my pocket and sit on it all the time. I have even used the underwater camera in the gulf about five feet under, the pictures weren't great but the camera is fine. regular above water pictures turn out good even in terrible lighting though. best phone I've ever owned.
