Halleluia! After spilling lube all over my computer an ruining my screen 1 year ago, I can finally use my computer again and enjoy it ! ! ! :) Item showed up WELL PROTECTED, in 5 layers of bubble wrap. I don't know what these other moaners are complaining about. You can't expect Apple packaging when the device is 1/5 the price! I read directions from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSolxo06yb0 to install it. Hardest part of installing was connecting the video cable to the new screen. BE CAREFUL when removing glass, it can break easily, then you'll be stuck replacing glass as well. ALSO BE CAREFUL with the LCD, I've actually broken a new LCD when installing it on a phone. Wouldn't be suprised if someone else complaining here broken their own screen when installing, it's easy to do. Do not apply ANY pressure on it when installing, treat it like it's worth far more than it is to prevent a horror story of ordering another one haha. I was scared to death when I turned it on that I had like 50 dead pixels, but for some reason these guys print some pattern on the plastic protector on the screen. Also, the plastic protector was an awesome touch, had no fingerprints on install.Anyways I'm happy to say I feel like I have a brand new computer. Picture quality is 9.5/10 compared to the official apple screen. Well worth the $45 I paid. Even if I had dollars bills that I used as toilet paper or a money printing machine, I wouldn't want to waste $250 of it on Apple's overpriced manufacturer replacement parts. Very happy with this purchase, and wondering why I waited so long to replace my screen.
