It works well with my PS3
I had no issues with mine, but my kids lost it or threw it out. I'm not sure.
Purchased this for my Father, So he could have an easier time using his Playstation 3 for Movie services. Netflix, Prime, Youtube. He absolutely loves this compared to the ps3 video game controller.
It works as advertised.
I have a PS4 now and the PS3 controller finally died 10 years later. Since I don't play on it anymore and my husband uses it basically to watch Netflix in the living room this is excellent. The PS3 remote was always getting knocked over because of its design and eventually started showing signs of damage and the battery would not charge anymore. I should have had this remote all along. This was an original Factory remote at a great price. Thank you very much!

Easily paired. Operates intuitively all the PS3 menus. Been very reliable. Battery life has been the same as our TV controller.Only thing that broke is the clip on the battery door that snaps and locks in the cover.
Our controller broke and it's too expensive to buy another gaming controller to watch Blue-rays, this is a good option for much lower price.

Works perfect for my PS3. Great for mu wife to use to watch and stream movies. She could not get the hang of using the dual shock controller. This option is more intuive for anyone with experience with standard media remotes
