The KLNO PS3 controller is the best 3rd party controller I have used to date. Price to performance, it does very well at being under 20$ (at the time of this review) and having all its buttons from being functional to actually quite good standards. The shape buttons all feel good and like they will last quite a while with no latency detected, even when playing at over 12 feet away from the console, d-pad isn't as good as stock ps3 ones but still a true dpad that you can use on the fly and rely on. To my surprise, I actually kind of like the analog sticks, I'm very picky with how stick or flimsy analog sticks seemed to be on all the ps3 controllers I have tried until now, and these have been my favorite. This is subjective to who uses them but I felt these great. The triggers were probably my least favorite part of the controller as they seemed to shake around a little bit while I was holding on to them. If anything is going to fail on this controller its probably the bumpers first. They shake around to much and feel the mushiest of all the buttons. While they are not bad in any degree, it does make me worry for their longevity. Start and Select buttons are tolerable, they also kind of shift around but i'm honestly fine with those two being weak as they are completely rubber and wont snap. Last thing I will comment on is the battery life, I have confirmed it is around 6-8 hours from binge playing tales of xillia and didn't notice any performance issues as it was being used the whole time.in conclusion, if you need a solid controller that has a decent grip and nice feeling buttons, this will do you just fine.
