This looks nicer than most other options, but after about 30 minutes started to hurt my wrists. (I was primarily playing Mario Kart 7 at the time.) I have pretty big hands with long fingers, and it just didn't quite work for me. That said, I kept it because it has a good build quality, and I think it'll work great for my kids when they get a little older. For myself, I decided to go with the Dream Gear option listed here:dreamGEAR Comfort GRIP Protection for your NEW Nintendo 3DS XL. While it is ugly, bulky, and annoyingly blocks the game port, it has been more comfortable to actually use.
