I have been using a 4"" Garmin Zumo GPS for both my Motorcycle and RV for some time, and wanted a larger screen, as well as RV specific information in a new dedicated GPS. This one has a nice large, and very bright screen that handles sunlight well without washing out. It lets you input your RV's dimensions and weight to route you around possible trouble spots like narrow bridges or low overpasses. Some of the routing is to say the least strange as it uses the Truck Route database. I find the best way to use it is to plan the route ahead of time, note any trouble spots, then switch to Auto mode for the actual trip. In Auto mode it takes the expected route in most cases, but I always check. The apps like foursquare and weather alerts, as well as the weather map, and traffic alerts are good. One thing about the traffic alerts, when it tries to re-route you take note because sometimes the backup might be a 15 minute delay and the re-route thru town could be much longer. All in all I like this for the RV, a bit large for a car but my RV dash is huge so it doesn't look out of place.
