I'm using it with the first RX100 and I like it much better than the Chinese brand housing I had before. I'm using it for stills only so no comments on video. The main reasons I upgraded to this housing were:1. The lever shutter button. On the previous case I had the regular button and half the time it got stuck and I was unable to take a picture, this was by far the number one annoyance I had with that case. With this housing I'm able to take a picture 95% of the time and able to use the half click focus about 40% of the time.2. The black flash blocker that doesn't cause a huge amount of backscatter (my previous case was completely transparent, but on newer models of the Chinese brand they fixed it).3. I'll be able to use this housing if I upgrade to a newer RX100.4. Much cheaper than the fully metal housings.Other things that I found to be better than my previous housing are:5. The front dial to change aperture/shutter speed works extremely well and is comfortable to use.6. The rear buttons each have a different height so they are easy to press.7. Double O ring which makes me feel more secure. There are only two cons for me with this one:1. The mode dial is quite awful, either doesn't work or skips multiple modes at once. This is the only thing that was superior on my older housing.2. The lever shutter button is still not excellent, still quite difficult to half click.Other thoughts:Although this housing cannot control the rear dial it doesn't bother me too much since when I'm in M mode I just go for a sec to S mode and change the shutter speed then back to M mode to change the aperture. The RX100 is good enough for me underwater that I don't think I need a newer RX100, with the external flash I don't use high ISOs and I don't use much auto focus since most of my good photos come with the +7 diopter which I find only usable with focus peaking.
