This is a replacement to my old one that I left at HEB and someone else found it. My monopods serve double duty as I use them as a cane too. I am a disabled combat veteran that needs the support to be able to stand and walk. The SIRUI P-326 really does support 22lbs and more! The only shortcoming for this monopod it the foot/spike cannot be removed. HOWEVER, if this was only being used as a monopod and NOT a mobility support cane then that may not be a problem. I recommend this product.

Extremely lightweight and well-built. I've put this little guy through a lot of abuse since I purchased it, and it's held up exceptionally well.

We're going to Italy and tripods are not welcome in many public buildings(churches and cathedrals). The monopod is light, and hopefully will get by the entrance personel at the chrurches.

For the money hard to beat! Very slight wobble on the last leg, but I don't extend all the way and is fine!

Certainly appears to be well built and high quality. I expect it to do the job very well (up to 11 Lbs load)

Awesome Price - Very Well Made - Just Missed the 5 Star Mark for Me -

Eh the good it is really well made, sturdy and light! When collapsed it is short when fully extended it is just tall enough when I am on a step stool to be usable - which is great! The price is a wicked bargain and would buy it all day long if not for the couple of flaws. l Love the feel of it and no matter the lens/camera combo it feels balanced. So, why the 3 stars? One is just a personal issue and one for a design issue that doesn't affect the performance, but it does create an irritant. The personal issue is in the way it extends and I knew this when I bought it. Unscrewing to release the sections and then rescrewing them to tighten them, then reversing the order to compact the monopod is just not fast. In some conditions, like concerts, I have mere moments to move in and out of the area with which I can photograph the event. Having quick release locking mechanisms is a time savings that though one might think isnt a big deal, it does make a huge difference. So, when I am shooting something, like say out in the middle of nowhere and I have oodles of time, I use and love this unit. When I am shooting a concert, with limited time and need to move fast, I hate it. The design issue I have is that when I unscrew the unit from whatever lens I happen to be using the plate on the monopod unscrews from the leg and I end up with just the plate attached to the lens and have to rescrew it into the leg, or it just becomes so loose I have to take an extra moment to screw it back in. That is just time and an irritation when I am working, I dont like and would rather forgo. SO.. When working I use my old aluminum Manfroto.Though I have to say I use this monopod with my 11 pound Nikon 400 2.8 as well as with a fairly heavy Nikon 200-500 and a light 70-200 and it handles each lens perfectly. When using my big lens, the whole set up is very heavy, camera being another 5 pounds and the monopod doesnt lose at all, even a millimeter, once I have it extended and set up. This fact is golden and I love that, if only the sections were quick release, and the plate didnt unscrew, this unit would be my go to for all applications.
