While I am 100% satisfied with the product, this review is more about customer service! I did my best to screw this order up, by mistakenly ordering two different monoculars on two different orders. When I contacted Wingspan via email, they were prompt to move to solve the problem I created, ( within hrs), they made contact w/ Amazon in attempts to cxl delivery, re-emailed me w/ updates, and assured me that they would �take care �, of any issues. End games was, I received the Monocular on time, as promised,and the second one that was ordered( all my fault), was indeed cancelled. WELL DONE WINGSPAN, many thanks.
