I love that it doubles as a watch, is completely waterproof (I swim and shower with it all the time), and never needs to be recharged. Syncing and using the app are easy. I also like the get moving feature, the red bar that tells me when I've been sitting still for a long time. The sleep tracker seems to work well too, certainly better than the off-brand step tracker I had which counted reading in bed as sleeping. The intensity minutes goal is a bonus too, though it took some googling to figure out that it only counts intensity minutes after you've been walking/running for 10 minutes, and it apparently doesn't count anything as ""vigorous"" (as opposed to moderate) intensity unless you also have a heartrate monitor. The distance tracking is not that accurate-a recent run estimate was about 40% low-but I haven't set custom stride length. All in all, a very good steptracker for a very reasonable price.
