Worked great for me. I bought this GPS receiver to keep the clock on my PC in perfect sync with UTC, for amateur radio digital mode operation (FT8, JT65, JT9, etc). The device is in fact a U-Blox 7 GPS receiver, and it's on the U-Blox website you'll easily find the drivers for it. I needed the Ublox GNSS sensor driver for the USB device itself, and then the VCP (virtual com port) driver as well. The VCP driver provided a 9600 baud COM port to which I was able to connect some rather nice third-party software (NMEATime2).
