I had to return another brand mostly because I couldn't reach any tech support. So what a VERY PLEASANT surprise to find that in setting it up, I was able to chat live with a tech person who knew the product, and then the next day (today) I talked by phone with a tech who ALSO knew the product, and everything is perfect. I was having trouble hearing any sound from the camera to the phone, but now realize the speaker icon must be turned on EVERY time you open the ap. The camera is doing exactly what we wanted it to do, which is check in on our dog and be able to talk to her to calm her, since she has separation anxiety. It's great!
