The Card Reader is excellent for the price. Does the job, and recognizes 95% of the content, making the job much easier. It has a hard time with logos, which is understandable. You have to proof the information for typos or errors but is it usually okay. 8.5/10Their biggest downfall is their customer support. They have a difficult time diagnosing issues over the phone and ran me in circles. I had to explain to them how to do a few things. More than that, their support numbers are plentiful and unclear. Sometimes I'd called one during business hours and I would not be able to reach anyone. After digging, I found a more reliable number, but this one is not advertised..After 8+ phone calls, I arranged a return. They did not pay for the return, which is not all that uncommon, but just so that's out there. More so, they literally returned the same machine to me (I checked serial numbers) and denied it. Fortunately it worked, but it was the fact that they denied it irritated me. 3/10Overall: 3/10 Very great if it works, but if not then goodluck!
