For the record, I game on a Vega 56, i5-8600K @ 4.9GHz. I've owned a Nintendo Switch, 3DS, Xbox One, Xbox One S, PS4, PS4 Pro, PS3, Xbox 360, and the list goes on.But in terms of which console has won me over for pure value, it is the Xbox One X. Nothing on the market even comes close to what you are getting in this package. If buying into the newest trends have taught me something over the years, it's that not everything is completely worth your hard-earned money. So why buy an Xbox One X if I own a Vega 56? It's honestly quite simple. I absolutely hate playing on a Keyboard and Mouse. I can't stand it. I've done it for years, I tried to like it. But it isn't for me. And not every PC game has the greatest controller support, and some don't have any at all. Case in point: Path of Exile. Wonderful game. Controller support on PC? None. You have to play it on Xbox for that. There are many others, but this is a good example. Now the first Xbox One X I received on launch day was defective. Hard lock-ups, couldn't play more than 10 minutes without it restarting itself. However, the second one I got recently was absolutely perfect. No issues whatsoever. Keep in mind that if you experience issues don't hesitate to return it and get an exchange. Buy the Xbox One X at BestBuy if you'd like to streamline this. They will exchange without any questions asked. As it stands, if I could only own one console. It would be the Xbox One X. I'd recommend one to anyone. From hardcore computer gamer to casual. The visual fidelity and performance is bar-none the best you will ever get at this price point.
